
MOU Between Takzim Care and Yayasan Kartika Sri Tun Ghafar
4th March 2023- A memorandum of understanding (MOU) signing ceremony was held to monumentalize a combined effort between Takzim Care Society Malaysia (TCM) and Yayasan Kartika Sri Tun Ghafar (YSKSTG) located at Raduno Cafe, Cyberjaya.
The MOU was signed by Azlan Muhammad Sharif (TCM-Chairman) and Toh Puan D Heryati Abd Rahim. The ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Goh, (Group Chairman of Prife International Sdn. Bhd.), Dato’ Hj. Zainal Abidin (Corporate Director of Prife International Sdn. Bhd.), Mr. Sham (Director of Project Development), and Mr. Azmi Ismail (Mega Selatan Marketing).
The beneficial signing ceremony was also attended by Datin Sri Sheery as well as representatives from Ummet Vakfi Turkiye, Palestine and Afghanistan.
The MOU was aspired to formalize cooperation between TCM and YSKSTG to raise funds for more forthcoming charity activities.
Subsequent to the signing ceremony, TCM displayed latest on ground earthquake situation update in Turkiye by bringing Mr. Ahmad Saaid (Ummet Vakti Foundation Turkiye). Latest on the ground update in Syria was then interpreted by Dr Ahmed Khaled (Islamic Help Foundation). This advantageous ceremony also involves Dr Abd Rahim Shehab and Dr Abdul Rahim Ghafari from Gaza and Afghanistan respectively to share about latest updates from their country.

By the end of the event, TCM Chief Executive Officer, Muhammad Nasrullah disclosed about the destination of mission this time is going to be in the Hatay region, one of the areas that received a severe impact due to earthquakes measuring 7.8 and 7.5 on the Richter scale at approximately 4 am and 1 pm local time last Monday.
“We will land at Adana International Airport because Hatay airport is closed due to damage during the earthquake.
“The distance between Adana and Hatay is about 200 kilometers and takes almost four hours to travel,”
Hatay, the southernmost province of Turkiye and bordering Syria to the south and east, has a population of about 1.6 million people.
The initial donations that will be made are packs of food, clothes, medicines and tents which will certainly benefit the earthquake victims.
Meanwhile, the similar aid will also be sent to Aleppo, Syria as people of this place also suffered quite an impact of the earthquake.
